Did you recently contact an Agency or Elected Official's office regarding a housing concern? Didn't get the response or support you requested?
Different Agencies, and even Elected Official's offices, are regulated by other, oversight, agencies. These oversight agencies can be Inspectors General offices, the Department of Investigation, or even your Council/Congressperson.
Fill out this simple complaint form and we will direct it to the correct oversight authority. PLEASE NOTE: This is the only part of the website where you MUST provide your contact information. This site does not allow anonymous complaints, as it advocates complete transparency.
We can also direct you to resources for support, which include other advocacy groups who may be addressing your unique situation.
Agency accountability avoidance is an important part of ensuring that public services are provided by accountable public servants.
If you feel as if the Agency is avoiding handling your complaint for any reason, feel free to fill out this survey.
This survey highlights Ten (10) techniques used by Bureaucratic Agencies to avoid addressing citizen complaints. We want to know if the Agency you interacted with made you "feel" any of these.
As always, your replies remain anonymous, and will be shared with the requisite Agency, their Oversight authority, and the Elected Official office responsible for Agency Budget.
